1. How your data is protected

• Traffic between your device and Yollda is encrypted in transit
• Personal and financial data is stored using industry-standard encryption
• Only authorised personnel can access sensitive information
• Our infrastructure is monitored for anomalies and threats

2. Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor and reach us only as a secure token. Yollda does not store full card numbers.

3. Partner verification

Partners joining the network submit identity and licence documents and pass a background check before they can accept jobs. Fleet owners additionally verify ownership of the vehicles they list.

4. What you can do

• Keep your account credentials to yourself and do not share verification codes
• Check that the partner and vehicle that arrive match what the app shows
• Report anything that looks wrong through the app rather than acting on it

5. Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to investigate before disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data that is not yours while testing.
